Our Corporate Support Services department currently has an exciting career opportunity for a Receptionist & Front Office Representative to join the team. Based primarily at our Auckland Central office, this role requires flexibility to provide support at our Albany and Manukau locations as needed.

This busy role will see you greeting and welcoming guests and staff, directing them appropriately, and providing a range of administrative support. You will also take on a building support function and play an active part in maintaining site security by managing visitor access and ensuring all health and safety requirements are met.

Working alongside other Workplace Site Support personnel, you will help ensure our shared spaces across Auckland Central, Albany, and Manukau are well maintained, creating a positive and professional experience for our staff and visitors.

You are a self-motivated individual with a high degree of initiative and the ability to balance competing demands. As you’ll be working with both internal and external customers, you’ll have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, along with a friendly, can-do attitude.

The role involves setting up and packing down meeting rooms, along with stationery replenishment so a reasonable level of physical fitness is required. You take pride in delivering great customer service and proactively resolving workplace issues to enhance the overall staff experience.
