Get aucklanders to be more active! You only get one chance to make a fantastic first impression and our Customer Support Team are the people that make it happen when Aucklanders visit our Centres.


Working as a Customer Support Representative at West Wave, right from the first smile, you will be responsible for ensuring effective and professional frontline service to our diverse customers, dealing with a wide range of enquiries, both face-to-face and on the phone. You will find that no day is the same!

We’re looking for a friendly and dependable individual to join our Customer Service team in a Permanent Full-Time role. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and love helping people, we’d love to hear from you!

 

Schedule – 40 hours per week:

 

  • Tuesday to Friday: 5:15 AM – 1:45 PM
  • Saturday: 5:45 AM – 2:15 PM

Our centre operates 7 days a week from 5:30am to 09:30pm (week days) and 6:00am - 7:00pm (weekends), reliability and commitment to working early, late, and weekend shifts are crucial.

You will have proven administration and communication skills, as well as the ability to use your initiative to resolve problems and satisfy your customers' needs.

 

You’re outgoing and enthusiastic nature, combined with a passion for delivering excellence in customer service, is the key to success in this role.

Being tech-savvy would be advantageous.
