He angitūtanga: The opportunity

You will be joining our team at West Wave Pool and Leisure Centre, whose main goal is to inspire Aucklanders to be more active. You only get one chance to make a fantastic first impression and our Customer Service Team are the people that make it happen when Aucklanders visit our Centre's.
This role had been created to champion fantastic customer service amongst our front-of-house team, we want our visitors to feel welcome from the moment they walk through our doors - that first encounter is crucial to ensuring that they will come back again.
He kōrero mōu: About you
You will have customer service management experience, you will thrive on using your initiative to find improved ways of doing things and the opportunity to implement these. You will have a passion for bringing out the best in your team and enjoy building relationships across a diverse range of internal & external customers.
Ideally, you’ll hold a First Aid Certificate. West Wave operates a 7-day service, so reliability and commitment to work early and late shifts, as well as weekends, is crucial in this role.

This is a permanent full-time role working 40 hours per week.
