He angitūtanga: The opportunity
We are seeking Planning Information Advisors to join our Resource Consents team. In this role, you'll be at the front-line of resource consents, providing accurate, technical information in response to customer queries and complaints. In this varied role where every query is unique, you'll utilise your proven customer service experience and acquired resource management expertise to become a key liaison point, whilst also building networks within Auckland Council. This is the perfect role for a Planning graduate who is looking to begin their Planning career within a supportive and well-respected organisation.
He kōrero mōu: About you
You’ll hold a tertiary qualification in Planning, Geography or Resource Management (or similar). Ideally, you'll have previous work experience in planning, customer service or in a contact centre. You'll be proactive, with strong administration and organisational skills, and will enjoy the satisfaction that comes with taking ownership of your role. Your customers will be members of the public as well as business owners, so you'll need to be an excellent communicator, both verbally and in writing.
