AIM Services staff are proud to care for our local parks and facilities for the enjoyment of everyone who uses the region's open spaces. We are a dynamic team who deliver innovative open space and building maintenance management solutions through the quality and experience of our staff. We provide a full range of services to maintain streetscapes, parks, sport fields, public spaces, building facilities and other open space environments. Services include everything from parks asset maintenance, through to full facilities building maintenance and landscaping projects. 



Towards the end of 2021, Auckland Council made a decision to sell AIM Services to Programmed. Programmed is currently working hard alongside Auckland Council to create a seamless transition as all staff will be fully employed by Programmed from 4 April 2022.

AIM Services offers an integrated end to end service to our clients.  Customer focus is at the heart of what we do to ensure we meet the requirements of our client and customer.

As a result, we are looking for people to join our team with experience or an interest in landscaping/minor construction works or related trades.! This maybe your opportunity to grow and develop your skills within this sector.

We are currently looking for capable, hands-on staff who enjoy the outdoors and have a positive work attitude with a willingness to learn and get their hands dirty. Working within our Minor Civil/landscape team, work will entail building new playgrounds, installing new footpaths or rebuilding new tracks along with installing parks furniture; and other minor civil works. This role truly provides an opportunity to work on varied asset renewal projects and have positive impact on your local community for everyone’s enjoyment.



He kōrero mōu: About you


•    Naturally, you would have strong customer focus & sound passion and flair for outdoor work 
•    Have a full clean NZ driver licence with confident manual-driving skills. 
•    Have some minor building, landscaping or handyman type experience 
•    Have a sound work ethic, be able to work unsupervised and comply with health and safety requirements
•    Aptitude to use a range of plant and equipment
•    Be a team player who can work alone or within a team environment
•    You would need to be physically fit with a high level of stamina and agility for this role.
