He angitūtanga: The opportunity
As the Lead Learn to Swim, you’ll be playing a key part in ensuring a great customer experience for our customers when participating in our Learn to Swim programme and ensure the development and delivery of programmes and services are maintained at an exceptional standard.
In this position, you’ll be conducting pool deck supervision, assisting with the inducting, training, and development of team members, and assisting the Team Leader Learn to Swim with rostering and lesson delivery
You’ll also support the day-to-day operational running of the Learn to Swim programme and provide great customer service and problem resolution for our customers.
He kōrero mōu: About you
You’ll have a passion for motivating both your team members and our customers to enjoy and gain confidence in swimming. You’ll be committed to making the experience of working in and visiting our pools a great one for everyone involved.
You should also hold a recognised swim teacher qualification (AUSTSWIM), a First Aid certificate, and experience in delivering lessons across a range of ages and abilities. Training will be provided for the right candidate. Previous team supervising or leading experience is also highly desirable.

You will be working 30 hours per week; the hours are as follows:
Tuesday 1.00pm - 7.30pm, Wednesday 9.30am - 4.00pm, Thursday 1.00pm - 7.30pm, Friday 1.00pm - 7.30pm, Saturday 8.00am - 2.30pm

Pay rate: Starting $25.45+
