We're on the hunt for an amazing Integrated Services Assistant to join the vibrant and exciting at Te Manawa Community Hub!

This is a frontline customer focused role that supports the day-to-day operations of a busy library and multi-functional integrated council services community hub.

We’re looking for individuals who thrive when working with community and have the curiosity and imagination to support diverse and exciting community programming.  

To be successful in this role you'll need to:

 

  • Have passion and experience working with people from diverse backgrounds
  • Be curious and comfortable with new technologies and able to support customers to successfully use information resources and devices
  • Be a quick learner and learn council systems that support the smooth running of Council Services within Te Manawa Hub
  • Have flexibility and willingness to collaborate and learn across all aspects of your mahi
  • Have some knowledge and understanding of Te Ao Māori

 

This a fixed-term(until 1st of April, 2026), part-time 32 hours per week: Sunday – Thursday which includes some late nights if required. You also need to flexible working within other libraries across the local board.

Salary: 57k- 60k (depending on skills and experience)
