Reporting into the Event Operations Manager, the Venue Presentation Manager ensures the presentation of our stadia meets client and patron expectations for all of our varied events.  This includes overseeing the set-up of temporary overlays in accordance with base plans and the delivery of housekeeping services that ensure the effective delivery of events that meet our Customer Experience goals.

 

You will provide a vital interface between the Event Delivery and Facilities teams in the planning, preparation, and delivery of events at our venues.
 
He kōrero mōu: About you

 

With around 5 years’ experience working in an event venue or a similar, hands-on role, you will demonstrate experience leading effective teams in cleaning and venue set up, with a client focused approach to service delivery.

 

  • Your organisational abilities and eye for detail will be highly utilised when coordinating site logistics
  • This includes the logistics of all third parties who will be working with you on site, and will allow you to successfully manage our extensive portfolio of portable infrastructure such as seating, turf protection, marquees and such
  • You will have the confidence to build rapport quickly with both internal and external stakeholders 
  • Your passion and patience for mentoring and empowering team members will ensure a high level of engagement from your team
  • Your commercial nous will give you the ability to optimise revenue generating opportunities through the effective hiring of portable infrastructure to third parties during periods when it is not required by Auckland Stadiums
