We are currently recruiting for a permanent full-time experienced Team Leader to join our Contact Centre leadership team, reporting to our Contact Centre Operations Lead! In this role, you will provide real time, visible leadership, guidance and coaching to your team members; as well as assisting customers with escalations.
This is an opportunity to bring your fresh eyes to our business processes and work collaboratively to drive better outcomes for our kaimahi.
You will be responsible for inspiring and coaching your team to deliver great customer experience.

He kōrero mōu: About you
As Team Leader, building rapport and motivating your team to achieve the best outcome for each customer is key.
What you will bring:
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in people leadership, preferably within a contact centre environment
• Proven ability to engage, and influence decision making
• Excellent stakeholder and relationship management skills
• Experience in complex organisations with multiple customer-facing channels
• Experience leading through change, and positive mindset

Ngā āhuatanga kei a mātou: What we offer
This is a permanent full-time (40 hours) opportunity, working the afternoon shift across Tuesday to Saturday (2pm to 10.30pm).
