Help Aucklanders be more active, more often!

Our Pools and Leisure centres are at the heart of our communities. They provide places for people to be active, learn new skills, connect with others and enjoy themselves.

As a Team Member in Customer Support, you’ll help create safe, welcoming and enjoyable experiences for everyone who visits our centre.

Based at Papatoetoe Pool and Leisure Centre, this is a permanent part-time role with a regular Friday Customer Support shift from 5.00am–9.00am, with opportunities to pick up additional hours and potentially work across other Pools and Leisure centres within our network.

There are opportunities to work across Fitness, Aquatics and Learn-to-Swim, Customer Support, and Recreation. This role is a great opportunity to use your customer service skills, gain experience across different areas and continue developing your skills within our Pools and Leisure network.

You could expect to:

  • Welcome customers and provide friendly, professional service.
  • Respond to customer enquiries and provide information about our services and facilities.
  • Process bookings, payments and transactions accurately.
  • Promote our services, programmes, activities and facilities.
  • Support the safe and smooth operation of the leisure centre.
  • Respond appropriately to customer needs, incidents and emergencies.
