We are currently recruiting for a Permanent, Full-Time experienced Team Leader to join our Contact Centre team.

 

In this role, you will provide visible, real-time leadership, offering on-the-job support, guidance and coaching to your team, while confidently managing customer escalations when required.

 

This is an exciting opportunity to work collaboratively to drive better outcomes for our kaimahi and customers, while continuing to grow your leadership capability.

 

You will be responsible for managing workloads and workflows to ensure the team meets objectives and maintain business continuity.

 

This role works a set shift pattern:
•    Sunday, Monday, Wednesday and Thursday: 6:00pm – 2:30am
•    Tuesday: 2:00pm – 10:30pm

He kōrero mōu: About you

As Team Leader, building rapport and motivating your team to achieve the best outcome for each customer is key.

 

What you will bring:
• 3+ years experience in people leadership, preferably within a contact centre environment
• Proven ability to engage and influence decision making
• Excellent stakeholder and relationship management skills
• Experience working in complex organisations with multiple customer-facing channels
• Ability to quickly adapt in a constantly changing environment with multiple priorities (highly regarded)
