Auckland is on its journey to becoming a world-class city, and to do this Auckland Council has to provide top-notch customer service to the people who live here. A vital part of providing that service is to transform the way Customer Services uses knowledge.

As the Knowledge Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team to deliver appropriate systems, policies and processes to revolutionise the way the department uses knowledge, especially at the frontline.

He kōrero mōu: About you

To be successful in this role, you will be an experienced knowledge or digital manager.  You will also have experience leading a team in a complex, customer-focused environment.

Since this role involves influencing and engaging staff at all levels, your strong interpersonal skills, excellent verbal & written communications and ability to energize and mobilize others will be vital.

Solid exposure in assessing customer and business needs to achieve objectives is paramount for this role. Your experience using tools such as Sharepoint and Umbraco will also contribute to your success.
