Customer Support Representative | Papatoetoe Centennial Pool and Leisure Centre


You will be joining our team in the Papatoetoe Centennial Pool and Leisure Centre whose main goal is to inspire Aucklanders to be more active. You only get one chance to make a fantastic first impression and our Customer Support Team are the people that make it happen when Aucklanders visit our Centres.
 
Working as a Customer Support Representative, right from the first smile you will be responsible for ensuring an effective and professional frontline service to our diverse customer base, dealing with a wide range of inquiries, both face-to-face and on the phone.

You will have proven administration and communication skills, as well as an ability to use your initiative to resolve problems and satisfy your customer needs. Your outgoing and enthusiastic nature, combined with a passion for delivering excellence in customer service, is the key to success in this role.

We aim to upskill and progress your career, so if you wish to train and take on other functions within our centres such as Learn to Swim Instructor, Fitness Instructor or Recreation Assistant the opportunity is there! As a Team member you can also pick up extra shifts if you are hired into a part time position, both in the centre you were first hired to work in, or others.
