Get aucklanders to be more active! You only get one chance to make a fantastic first impression and our Customer Support Team are the people that make it happen when Aucklanders visit our Centres.

Working as a Team Member - Customer Support Representative at Manurewa Pool and Leisure Centre, right from the first smile, you will be responsible for ensuring effective and professional frontline service to our diverse customers, dealing with a wide range of inquiries, both face-to-face and on the phone. You will find that no day is the same!

We have a permanent part-time position, working on the Saturday AND Sunday and a weekday evening (it is subject to change according to the roster and the needs of the centre), with opportunities to pick up more shifts.

This is an on-site position. Our centre operates 7 days a week from 5:30am to 9:30pm (weekends between 7.45am - 7pm) , reliability and commitment to working early, late and weekend shifts are crucial.

You’ll bring strong administration and communication skills, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and a focus on delivering great customer experiences.

Your positive, enthusiastic personality and commitment to excellence in customer service will set you up for success in this role.

A current first aid certificate and confidence using technology will be a bonus.

An interest in upskilling and supporting other areas of our operation—such as Recreation Assistance or Learn to Swim—would also be an advantage.
