You’re a confident and professional individual who thrives on being the trusted face of the organisation. You are inquisitive, calm under pressure, and have proven experience in risk assessment and de-escalation strategies, particularly in environments where public interaction is key.
Ideally, you hold a tertiary qualification in a relevant field such as Compliance, Risk Management, Law, or Resource Management, and bring at least two years of experience in regulatory or government settings.
