Our East and South Auckland Leisure Centres* have multiple opportunities for the Casual Network Team Member - Recreation Assistant role. 
As a Network Team Member, you will be able to:


•    have the opportunity take on additional roles such as Customer Support and more
•    provide and assist customers with accurate information Centre programmes 
•    have the opportunity to pick up more shifts by taking on additional roles such as Customer Support 
•    flex your hours up or down to suit your availability week-to-week

The role is an integral part in providing good customer experiences across our pool and leisure facilities. The ideal candidate:

 

•    passionate about sports and recreation
•    has proven ability to provide outstanding customer service
•    has excellent communication skills, maturity, and reliability
•    pro-active and has the initiative where required
•    working towards obtaining a relevant qualification within the field

Our centres are open 7 days a week so flexibility will be key, with early morning shifts from 5:00 am and late shifts up to 10:00 pm as well as weekends.

 
*Locations: Allan Brewster (Papatoetoe), Moana-Nui-a-Kiwa (Mangere), Manurewa, Otara, Outdoor Experience (Otara), and Te Matariki Clendon.

 

Please note, this role requires attendance of short, mandatory training sessions, so availability is essential.
