He angitūtanga: The opportunity

You will be an integral part of Regulatory Support team in the Regulatory Engineering department. You will continuously look for ways to improve the quality of regulatory support services provided. You will train and mentor colleagues to help to lift and maintain capability within the team, being willing to fill the gaps where needed.

Your analytical approach to problem solving and willingness to take ownership of improvement initiatives and carefully see them through to completion will greatly assist your success in this role. By using your friendly personality and well-tuned people skills you will bring people together, enhance team culture, and help the whole team and department achieve optimal results together.

You are a resilient person with experience in the regulatory field and a strong focus on first-rate customer service.  You view the business as an integrated whole, rather than separate discipline and can apply this thinking to problem-solving and business improvement. To be successful in this role, you will have relevant experience in business or process management, an ability to recognise problems, identify cause and develop and implement solutions, process improvement and translation of policy into operational processes, and passion to excel and deliver within tight timeframes and conflicting priorities.
