We have an exciting opportunity to join our Procurement Division as a Senior Business Support Coordinator. This is a newly created role which will be responsible for working with data sets to produce reports that tell a story around what is happening in the procurement world of the business. Sitting in team of 9 and reporting directly, this role will require an ability to confidently interact with all levels of the business right up to the CEO. 

Day to day you can expect to work on:

  • Developing procurement reporting for decision making 
  • Providing support and advice to management in relation to non-compliance to company processes
  • Maintaining Eke Panuku procurement data base for reporting purposes
  • Maintaining the corporate asset register


He kōrero mōu: About you

To be successful in this role you will have experience in a coordination, administration or data focused role, ideally within a large and complex organisation. You may also be a recent graduate who is self-motivated and eager to gain commercial experience.

We’re looking for someone who has excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills, being able to present ideas in a business friendly and user-friendly language.

You will be detail orientated and able to prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment. You can be the master of your own work if you are self-motivated great with problem solving.

You will also have intermediate to advanced skills with Microsoft Office and Excel.
