We’re looking for a Project Manager to plan, organise, lead and control projects efficiently and effectively, in alignment with Panuku’s Project Management Framework. You would work with the Priority Location Director of each project to develop business cases and respective project documentation that clearly identifies the time, cost, scope, quality, benefit and risk required for the life of the projects.

 

He kōrero mōu: About you

 

You are a self-starter with the drive and ambition to lead projects from initiation through to closure with a minimum of 5 years experience in delivering multi-faceted projects with both client services and commercial focus. You’ll be a qualified project manager with PMP, PRINCE2 or similar.

 

We will be looking for specific experience with:

  • Producing high quality business cases and project execution plans
  • Managing projects within defined time, budget, scope, quality and benefits
  • Demonstrated experience and track record in Contract Management of commercial, residential, or infrastructure projects with a strong focus on relationship and maximising return on investment
  • Experienced in engaging with large, diverse teams – your communication capabilities is what will see you truly succeed in this position!
