Community Facilities provides world-class open space and building facilities that are fit for purpose, financially considered and deliver on Auckland's expectations and aspirations. As kaitiaki (guardian) of facilities, we have an important role in facilitating the wider social, economic, environmental and cultural outcomes that promote the wellbeing of our communities. The Asset Management Intelligence Support unit enables effective and efficient asset management capability for the Community Facilities division by ensuring the correct asset information is made available to support evidence-based decision making across the asset management lifecycle. An opportunity has arisen for an asset management professional to support and advise internal and external stakeholders while implementing the facility performance monitoring programme. You will be responsible for collection of facility information such as condition, technical performance data and location using a range of survey tools, technologies and techniques with an estimated break down of 60% field based and 40% office-based work. Our team wants to provide the highest standard of services through the building, maintaining and renewing of our facilities to meet the needs of Auckland's growing and diverse communities. Assisting the Manager, you will also be involved in asset information collection, data analysis, trend analysis and stakeholder advisory.
