You will be joining our team at the Stanmore Bay Leisure Centre. Our main goal is to inspire Aucklanders to be more active. You only get one chance to make a fantastic first impression and our Customer Support Team are the people that make it happen when Aucklanders visit our Centres.

This is a permanent part-time 17.25-hour position, working on Wednesday, Thursday, and Sunday.

The Shifts are:

Wednesday 14.45 - 21.15                     6 hours
Thursday    14.45 - 21.15                      6 hours
Sunday       06.45 - 12:30                      5.25 hours

There is also a chance that you can pick up extra shifts, so flexibility is the key.


Working as a Customer Support Representative, right from the first smile you will be responsible for ensuring an effective and professional frontline service to our diverse customer base, dealing with a wide range of inquiries, both face-to-face and on the phone. You will find that no day is the same!

You will have proven administration and communication skills and the ability to use your initiative to resolve problems and satisfy your customers' needs. Your outgoing and enthusiastic nature, combined with a passion for delivering excellence in customer service, is the key to success in this role.
