You will be joining our team at Albany Stadium Pool whose main goal is to inspire Aucklanders to be more active. You only get one chance to make a fantastic first impression and our Customer Support Team are the people that make it happen when Aucklanders visit our Centres.
Working as a Customer Support, right from the first smile you will be responsible for ensuring an effective and professional frontline service to our diverse customer base, dealing with a wide range of inquiries, both face-to-face and on the phone. You will find that no day is the same!
Roles available:
- 1 X 10-hour permanent part time role.
- 1 casual role.
The shifts for the permanent part time role are for Tuesdays at 3:30pm -7:30pm and Sundays at 12:15 - 7:15pm.
There are no specific hours for the casual roles but flexibility for weekend and closing shifts are required.
Our centre operates 7 days a week from 5:30am to 9:30pm, reliability, and commitment to working early, late and weekend shifts are crucial.
Please note that those who work closing shifts are likely to finish at 10pm.
He kōrero mōu: About you
You’ll have strong administrative and communication skills, with the initiative to solve problems and deliver excellent customer service. Your outgoing and enthusiastic nature, combined with a passion for creating great customer experiences, will be key to success in this role. A full driver’s licence is preferred for late shifts, and experience with cash handling, technology, and working with children is highly valued, as our centre regularly welcomes young visitors.

Pay rate: $27.80 per hour
Our employer Kiwisaver contribution is additional to base salary offered.
