As a Senior Healthy Waters Specialist sitting in our Northen Rural Operations team based at our Albany Hub, you will lead technical efforts to deliver industry best practices and pragmatic stormwater solutions.

Key Responsibilities will include:
- Customer Response – Respond to reports of stormwater related problems and work with the team and contractors to resolve these.
- Lead Technical Projects: Ensure the successful delivery of stormwater infrastructure projects with a strong focus on health & safety and financial management.
- High-Risk Procurements: Take a lead role in high-risk procurements, advising on key attributes and participating in tender evaluations.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate closely with stakeholders in the three waters industry, including developers and other infrastructure providers.
- Innovation and Improvement: Champion a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the team.
- Stormwater Management Plans: Review stormwater management plans to meet Healthy Waters objectives.

You are a proactive and technically skilled professional with a passion for stormwater management. A collaborative environment is what you thrive in and are committed to delivering high-quality projects.
Exceptional communication skills and ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders is what sets you apart. You are always looking for ways to innovate and improve processes.
We will also be looking for the following qualifications and experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Environmental Science, or equivalent experience.
- Membership or working towards membership of a relevant professional body.
- 10+ years of experience in the three waters infrastructure sector, with a proven track record in project management of significant projects.
- Proficiency in civil/environmental engineering or environmental science, with strong contract management and administration skills.
