He angitūtanga: The opportunity
You’ll have the opportunity to use your solid organisational skills to provide efficient administration support, ensuring the smooth running of our Auckland Council’s Licensing and Regulatory Compliance (LnR) service delivery process so that all databases/systems are accurately maintained and up to date, supporting all key processes to enable registration and licensing applications including financial processes such as invoicing, working with various stakeholders and key accounts and qualified partners. These can include public enquiries via face-to-face contact and phone calls while maintaining a high level of service to internal and external customers.

Ideally, you will have experience in a regulatory environment but more so your outstanding ability to handle high volumes and passion for learning a variety of roles that fall within this team. You will be a top-notch administrator who is system savvy, competent in the use of MS Office applications, and can easily adapt to new systems. You will have worked within a busy professional environment and easily build excellent working relationships. Your proactive nature along with your great attention to detail will make you perfect for this role.
