Join our Glenfield Pool and Leisure Centre as a Lead Group Fitness and play a key part in making the experience of our customers fun, safe and enjoyable.

 

You’ll be responsible for the different programme offered in group fitness classes, grow and develop a team of group fitness instructors. You’ll be recruiting, training, coaching, assessing and scheduling instructor roster and classes.

 

You’ll be expected to deliver the highest level of customer service to ensure our member satisfaction is at the highest possible. 

 

He kōrero mōu: About you

 

Your leadership experience and passion to inspire your team will help reach and even go beyond their targets. You’ll have experience teaching group fitness, ideally LES MILLS group fitness. You will be an excellent communicator and committed to delivering exceptional fitness programmes and providing a high level of customer satisfaction. 

Ideally, you’ll hold NZ recognised qualification in Sport or Recreation, including fitness qualifications and First Aid certificate.

You will be working 30 hours per week, rostered over 7 days.
