Customer Support Representative | Glenfield Pool and Leisure Centre

You will be joining our team in the Glenfield Pool and Leisure Centre whose main goal is to inspire Aucklanders to be more active. You only get one chance to make a fantastic first impression and our CustomerSupport Team are the people that make it happen when Aucklanders visit our Centres.

 

This is a permanent 14 hours position working on Sundays and Thursdays, with opportunities to pick up more shifts.

The shifts are:

  • Sunday 6:30am - 3:00pm
  • Thursday 3:00pm - 9:30pm 


Working as a Customer Support Representative, right from the first smile you will be responsible for ensuring an effective and professional frontline service to our diverse customer base, dealing with a wide range of inquiries, both face-to-face and on the phone. You will find that no day is the same!

You will have proven administration and communication skills, as well as the ability to use your initiative to resolve problems and satisfy your customers' needs. Your outgoing and enthusiastic nature, combined with a passion for delivering excellence in customer service, is the key to success in this role.
