You will be joining our team in Birkenhead Pool and Leisure Centre, whose main goal is to inspire Aucklanders to be more active. You only get one chance to make a fantastic first impression and our Customer Service Team are the people that make it happen when Aucklanders visit our Centres.
Working as a Customer Support Representative, right from the first smile you will be responsible for ensuring an effective and professional frontline service to our diverse customer base, dealing with a wide range of inquiries, both face-to-face and on the phone. You will find that no day is the same!

You will have proven administration skills (e.g., enrolments, user group bookings, and invoicing) and demonstrated excellence with communication, as well as an ability to use your initiative to resolve problems and satisfy your customer needs. 


Your outgoing and enthusiastic nature, combined with a passion for delivering excellence in customer service, is the key to success in this role. Ideally, you’ll also hold a First Aid Certificate.

We have a permanent full-time role available working 40 hours per week across a 7-day variable roster which can include early starts, late finishes, and weekend shifts.
