You will be joining our team at the Albany Stadium Pool, whose main goal is to inspire Aucklanders to be more active. You only get one chance to make a fantastic first impression and our Customer Support Team are the people that make it happen when Aucklanders visit our Centres.

 

Working as a Customer Support Representative, right from the first smile you will be responsible for ensuring an effective and professional frontline service to our diverse customer base, dealing with a wide range of inquiries, both face-to-face and on the phone. You will find that no two days are the same!

 

He kōrero mōu: About you

 

You will have proven administration and communication skills, as well as an ability to use your initiative to resolve problems and satisfy your customer needs. Your outgoing and enthusiastic nature, combined with a passion for delivering excellence in customer service, is the key to success in this role. 

 

Ideally, you’ll hold a First Aid Certificate.

We currently have a fulltime permanent position for the following shift pattern;

Tues, Wed, & Thurs 5:15am – 13:45.

Fridays 13:00 – 21:30

Saturdays 10am – 18:30

 

As you will be working on a 7-day rotating roster, having the flexibility to work afternoons, evenings and weekends are going to be key to your success in this role.
