Casual Team Member | Customer Support - Takapuna Pool and Leisure Centre
At Takapuna Pool and Leisure Centre, our Customer Support team plays a key role in creating a positive visitor experience and is often the first point of contact for our customers. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys engaging with people and being part of a community‑focused environment.
As a Customer Support Representative, you’ll be the friendly and professional face of our centre, delivering a welcoming frontline service to a diverse customer base. You’ll respond to a wide range of enquiries, both face‑to‑face and over the phone and enjoy the variety that comes with working in a dynamic, customer‑focused role where no two days are the same.
This is a casual opportunity, so flexibility is essential. You’ll need to be available to work across a range of hours as required, including weekends, early starts, and late finishes. The typical shifts you may be required to cover are as follows:
- Monday to Friday: 05:00am-13.30pm and 13.00pm-21.30pm
- Saturday and Sunday: 07.30am-16.00pm and 10.00am-18.30pm

You will need a First Aid Certificate; however, we will help you obtain one if you do not already have it.
