You will be joining our team at Albany Stadium Pool, whose main goal is to inspire Aucklanders to be more active. You only get one chance to make a fantastic first impression, and our Customer Support Team are the people who make it happen when Aucklanders visit our centres.
Working as a Casual Team Member – Customer Support, right from the first smile you will be responsible for delivering an effective and professional frontline service to our diverse customer base, handling a wide range of enquiries both face‑to‑face and over the phone. You’ll find that no two days are the same!
This is a casual role, so flexibility is essential. You’ll be required to work a range of shifts, including early morning and evening shifts to support opening and closing of the centre.
Our centre operates 7 days a week from 5:30am to 9:30pm, reliability, and commitment to working early, late and weekend shifts are crucial.

Also, you’re comfortable managing a range of enquiries, maintaining accurate records, and responding to customer needs in a timely and solution‑focused manner.
You’re outgoing and enthusiastic nature, combined with a genuine passion for delivering excellent customer service, will see you thrive in this role. You enjoy working with people, take pride in providing friendly and professional service, and consistently go the extra mile to make every interaction a positive one.
