Library Services Lead (Te Manawa Community Hub)
We’re searching for an experienced Library Services Lead, to oversee our team of specialist librarians at Te Manawa Community Hub.
In this role, you will:
- Lead and inspire a team of specialist librarians, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.
- Collaborate across teams to create a welcoming environment and deliver seamless integrated services.
- Develop and implement forward-thinking library service strategies that align with evolving community needs.
- Champion inclusivity, accessibility, and cultural responsiveness in all hub activities.
- Engage with stakeholders and community partners to build strong relationships and promote library services.
