We have a great opportunity for an intermediate specialist to join our water quality infrastructure delivery team! 

 

In this role, you’ll be responsible for ensuring the delivery of industry best practice and pragmatic stormwater solutions with a requirement for strong technical ability and integrity to effectively deliver high quality stormwater infrastructure projects. 

 

This role will be highly collaborative, as you work on projects with relevant stakeholders in the three waters industry including wider team in Infrastructure & Environmental Services, Community Facilities, Auckland Transport and Watercare. 

 

Healthy Waters will provide a 12 month rotation opportunity to candidates to gain department wide experience including design, project management and operations! Other disciplines within the department can be considered upon request.

 

We have both an Intermediate and a Senior position available, so are open to applications from those with a range of experience. 
 


He kōrero mōu: About you

 

You will bring with you at least two years’ experience in three waters infrastructure sector or equivalent. You have a track record of project management experience of projects of low risk. 

*To be successful in the senior role, you'll need five years' experience. 

 

A natural collaborator, you’ll be confident working with multi-disciplinary teams to deliver engineering and environmental solutions with multiple social outcomes. While not essential, previous experience working with contracted service providers and other infrastructure providers would be beneficial. 

 

A bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil and/or Environmental) is desired but not essential.
