Auckland Unlimited (AUL) is a newly created council-controlled organisation (CCO) established with an important mandate to drive investment, supporting Tāmaki Makaurau Auckland businesses to innovate and thrive, enhancing Auckland as a culturally vibrant city, telling the Tāmaki Makaurau story, and importantly providing experiences and opportunities for all. 


We are on a lookout for an experienced Health & Safety Business Partner to join the team.  In this role you will work with management and staff across AUL in a supportive and advisory capacity, challenging and enabling the business to sustain good health and safety practises, assure legislative compliance, nurture a positive health and safety culture and to strive for continuous improvement.


He kōrero mōu: About you


You are a people person who is passionate about assisting others and identifying ways to make processes more efficient and with sufficient experience in implementing health and safety programs to effect and reinforce a Safety II culture change.


You are someone experienced in root cause analysis investigation techniques and can engage with a wide range of people in a busy, exciting and creative environment, including with outsourced contractors and event professionals. Most importantly, you are experienced in implementing robust H&S systems and processes, including auditing and reporting.
