Head of Growth Marketing

Tātaki Auckland Unlimited (TAU) is Tāmaki Makaurau Auckland’s economic and cultural agency committed to making our region a desirable place to live, work, visit, invest and do business.  
To support our journey, we are looking for a Head of Growth Marketing to lead the TAU wide growth marketing activity. Working collaboratively with employees across the organisation to shape and refine the growth marketing strategy, your key responsibility will be to deliver a pipeline of revenue-generating activities and collectively improve our organisation’s approach to achieving commercial success. 

In this role, you will lead the development of new products, services, pricing and revenue streams, attract new sponsors for events and experiences, secure grant funding, lead tourism sales for TAU’s cultural organisations and nurture existing partner relationships.

He kōrero mōu: About you 
To be successful in this role you will have: 

• Tertiary qualification in business, finance, marketing or other related discipline; 
• Commercial marketing experience delivering multi-million dollar revenue streams and growing revenue in a creative environment;  
• Experience developing and managing a sponsorship portfolio and securing grant funding,  
• Experience business casing and delivering new products and services that attract audiences, 
• Experience developing and leveraging new product development processes to deliver brand-aligned, customer focussed initiates at pace, 
• Excellent relationship management skills; 
• Proven leadership skills to build and lead a high performing team and community of practice focused on strategic revenue growth.
