Team Member - Customer Support Representative | Lloyd Elsmore Park Pool and Leisure Centre

You will be joining our team at Lloyd Elsmore Park Pool and Leisure Centre whose main goal is to inspire Aucklanders to be more active. You only get one chance to make a fantastic first impression and our Customer Support Team are the people that make it happen when Aucklanders visit our Centres.


Working as a Customer Support Representative, right from the first smile you will be responsible for ensuring an effective and professional frontline service to our diverse customer base, dealing with a wide range of inquiries, both face-to-face and on the phone. You will find that no day is the same!

 

We have a 20-hr, fixed-term/secondment role (from 06/12/2025 -  31/05/2026). Shifts below:

  • Saturday 3.15pm-7.15pm
  • Monday 5.15am - 12.15pm
  • Tuesday: 3.35pm-9.15pm
  • Thursday: 2pm-6pm 

 

LEP is a busy aquatics centre, and although lifeguarding may not be your primary role, we do at times require support on poolside.

You will have proven administration and communication skills, as well as the ability to use your initiative to resolve problems and satisfy your customers' needs. You’re outgoing and enthusiastic nature, combined with a passion for delivering excellence in customer service, is the key to success in this role.
