He angitūtanga: The opportunity

Here at Howick Kauri Kids, we have an opportunity for a knowledgeable and passionate qualified registered early childhood educator to join our team of talented early childhood professionals.  In this exciting and rewarding role, you will be working with a range of ages in a caring, nurturing and supportive environment. Your primary role will be to create a safe, play based and child led learning environment for children.  We have two opportunities available, a part-time 32 hour role and a full-time 40 hour a week role, based on the centres operating hours.
He kōrero mōu: About you
Naturally you’ll have a genuine warmth, care and passion for children. You will be committed to providing quality education, have strong knowledge of child led play and hold a Bachelor of Early Childhood Education. You will have brilliant written and verbal communication skills and will have the ability to build and maintain relationships with a wide range of people from our local community, but most importantly enjoy having fun, getting messy and being involved in child led learning and play!
