Auckland Council’s Auckland Live department has an opportunity for a new Digital Marketing Coordinator within the Content & Channels team.
In this exciting role you will have the opportunity to work on a range of high-profile projects across Auckland.
You will develop and deliver digital marketing solutions across email, social, web, search and display.
Day-to-day you could expect to work on:
· Working closely with the digital, campaigns and ticketing teams to ensure digital content is optimised for best results
· Liaise with internal stakeholders to gather content and assets for EDMs and web pages
· Plan, implement and optimise social media campaigns across a range of platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and Twitter
· Measure, monitor and report on digital reach, engagement, conversion and activities using analytics tools such as Google Analytics

This role requires experience in similar fast paced roles, with a sound understanding of tight deadlines.
We will be looking for specific experience with:
· Relevant tertiary degree in either digital, marketing, communications, or something similar essential
· 1-2 years or relevant/similar experience
· Desired experience includes experience using Content Management Systems, Social Media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter) Google Ads, Google Analytics
· Marketing experience in the entertainment, arts or events industries
