He angitūtanga: The opportunity

This is a rare opportunity to join our Group Accounting and Reporting team and contribute to the integrity of our financial records. Supporting the Group Treasury Accountant with accounting for all debt instruments, derivatives, financial investments, and targeted rates and reserves, you’ll also be responsible for daily bank reconciliations, journals for month end, assisting with Group and parent company financial statement disclosures and supporting analysis. An important function of this role is ensuring that SAP data is fully reconciled to the treasury system.  

He kōrero mōu: About you

You’ve had some previous exposure to financial instruments particularly debt and hedging products, ideally through a treasury related role. A qualified accountant, or soon to be, you have a keen interest in the global financial markets. With excellent all-round communication skills, you have the confidence to ask questions and can also rely on your well-honed research skills to find answers. With strong attention to detail and a commitment to deliver quality results, you enjoy building great relationships and collaborating with your team and stakeholders to add value at every opportunity.
