He angitūtanga: The opportunity

Auckland Live is a leader in live arts and entertainment and an active contributor to the vibrancy and creativity of our city.  We present live arts, and entertainment and also support Auckland Convention's various events at a number of prominent venues across Auckland.
 
As the Technical Operations Administrator, you will manage the day to day administrative and data entry tasks, along with assisting basic HR duties for the technical team working on events that take place in Auckland's Aotea Centre, Auckland Town Hall, The Civic, Aotea Square, The Bruce Mason Centre as well as various other world-class venues around Auckland.
 
This is an exciting opportunity to be a part of the team who deliver approximately 800 live arts, entertainment and MICE events (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences and Exhibitions) every year.

He kōrero mōu: About you

We are seeking an experienced administrator with a strong data entry skills and a customer centric focus. You will be systematic and process driven in your approach, with excellent attention to detail.
 
You will be passionate about performing arts as well as being systems savvy, specifically with the MS Office suite and event management systems. You will be deadline driven, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and having the ability to quickly adapt to change will hold you in good stead in this role. Outstanding communication is essential, as you will need to build and maintain effective relationships with both internal and external parties.
 
Knowledge of the Events industry as well as hands on floor experience will be looked upon favourably.
