Date: 12-Jun-2019

Location: Central Auckland, NZ, 1010

Company: Auckland Council

He angitūtanga: The opportunity

A key role within our future-focussed People & Performance team, this position will see you working closely with the Head of Business Partnering & People Operations as well as supporting other leaders in the department. No two days will be the same in this super busy and varied role as you support the team with day-to-day administration and the rollout and maintenance of innovative People initiatives. Some of your responsibilities will include preparing visual and analytical material for new People projects, event coordination, managing internal communications and correspondence, diary and calendar management, proactively upkeeping office supplies, identifying areas for continuous improvement and efficiency plus more!

He kōrero mōu: About you

You’re known for being efficient and super organised, with loads of common sense, no doubt developed through your 3+ years of administrative or PA experience.  Anticipating what could be around the corner is second nature to you, and you thrive on surprising your team with how proactive you are.  Able to balance both the everyday requirements of the role, with a variety of projects, means you get to flex both your creative muscles as well as your administrator-extraordinaire ones. Mastering and managing a complex diary and calendar is a challenge you’re up for, knowing you’re creating efficiencies and better ways of working for the team.

You also enjoy being a part of a large #OneTeam; easily making connections and building relationships, particularly helpful when navigating a large and complex organisation.
