He angitūtanga: The opportunity
The role of the Early Careers TA Consultant has two major functions: Recruitment and Programme Management.
You will run multiple campaigns overlapping with each other. The recruitment is seasonal and high volume. There will be a large amount of recruitment strategy design and implementation, not just the recruitment itself. You will also be expected to plan and attend external events to continue building our brand recognition.
On the Programme Management side, you will be involved in planning out what the 24 months of the grad’s life may look like, as well as having frequent interaction with the programme participants through their good and the bads.
You have an opportunity to touch on Training & Development, Strategic Headcount Planning, Events Coordination, and a small amount of Employee Relations amongst many things involved in this half of the role.

He kōrero mōu: About you
You should have a passion for working with young professionals, ready to roll up your sleeves and do what it takes to support their development from a student to a professional, and preparing them to take on whatever they need as they off board from the program.
You embrace continuous improvement, and enjoy putting structure in place. Yet, you are confident in your abilities to navigate situations where there may be lack of structure and logic, and find this to be a personal challenge. You have adaptability and flexibility to juggle between multiple priorities at any one time.
You believe that hard work pays off, and you are motivated by the challenge of doing something different every day. You are a “go getter” and is driven by getting things done.
Previous experience in a recruiting function navigating matrix or complex approval structure would be an advantage. Minimum someone with experience running a full 360 recruitment desk, or previous experience as a recruiter in the early talent space.
