We are seeking a skilled systems architect or solution architect to join our Customer Experience Agile Release Train (ART). This role has become available due to the redeployment of an Architect from our team to support another ART.

Experience with Adobe Experience Cloud or Salesforce platforms is highly valued. In this position, you will play a key role in defining and leading the technical vision for the Customer Experience ART, ensuring alignment with architectural strategy, supporting agile delivery, and driving innovation to achieve exceptional outcomes for Tāmaki Makaurau.

 

He kōrero mōu: About you

You are an experienced systems architect with a strong background in Agile and SAFe environments. You work confidently with senior stakeholders, technical teams, and vendors to deliver scalable and innovative solutions that meet business needs.

To succeed in this role, you will bring:

  • Stakeholder Engagement – Interfaces with vendors, internal teams, and business units to align on CX goals and delivery.
  • Platform Expertise – Knowledge of Adobe Experience Cloud (AEM, Analytics, Target) and Salesforce (CRM, Marketing Cloud, Service Cloud).
  • Integration Leadership – Designs scalable API and middleware solutions for seamless platform interoperability.
  • Customer Journey Enablement – Translates CX strategies into technical workflows and personalised omnichannel experiences.
  • Data Architecture – Builds unified customer profiles and ensures data governance across Adobe/Salesforce ecosystems.
  • Agile Delivery – Operates within SAFe ARTs, driving architectural epics, backlog refinement, and cross-team alignment.
  • Technical Oversight – Provides solution design leadership, reviews implementations, and ensures platform scalability.

Along with these skills, you demonstrate a commitment to embedding te ao Māori principles in your work and communicate effectively across diverse teams.
