- We have a new part time permanent opportunity and are seeking a passionate and well organised individual to step into the role of Shelver in the Central City Hub!
He angitūtanga: The opportunity
You will be joining the brand-new Hub Services team at the Central City Hub!
You will take on a key role in supporting our frontline library service team helping to ensure that our customers have a great service experience as well as ensuring we deliver great community programming. We regularly see two thousand + people through the door each day, and there is always something new to learn and explore in the Central City Hub. Working in a big team in our largest library in Auckland, your work is sure to be exciting and varied.
- Based at Tāmaki Pātaka Kōrero - Auckland Central City Library in the new Hub Services team
- 16 hours a week (morning shift preferred x 4 days including one weekend day)

We are looking for:
- Excellent organisational skills with good attention to detail and accuracy in your work
- Experience in customer service and good communication, and interpersonal skills
- A sense of resilience and ability to navigate challenging situations
- Be curious and comfortable with new technologies and able to support customers to successfully use information resources and devices
- Have flexibility and willingness to collaborate and learn across all aspects of your mahi
- Have some knowledge and understanding of Te Reo / Te Ao Māori and a willingness to learn
