Lead major urban regeneration and development projects in Auckland’s CBD, driving precinct and public realm initiatives, and influencing strategy and outcomes. This is a permanent, full-time role.

We’re looking for a seasoned project leader with deep experience in strategic planning and urban development and project management. You’ll have operated in large, complex, and political environments, balancing delivery with strong stakeholder management.
We are looking for someone with:
- Experience in leading urban regeneration projects shaping Auckland’s future
- Experience in driving large-scale regeneration and urban development projects
- Influence strategy and outcomes across precincts and public realm initiatives
