We have a great career enhancing opportunity within our Project Specialisation Office (PSO).
As a Senior Project Coordinator, you’ll be supporting projects and programmes across Parks and Community Facilities (PCF) and at times more widely, including managing the daily monitoring and support of project & programme outputs, reporting data, and assisting in managing the delivery of the annual work programme as well as contributing to the development of reporting templates.
He kōrero mōu: About you
You’ll have a number of years’ experience or exposure to programmes or projects and ideally be able to demonstrate an understanding of both the built and open space. You’ll be a self-starter with strong time management skills, you’ll be technically minded, systems savvy, and an intermediate user of Excel with report writing skills (both in excel and word).
With exceptional communications skills at and an outstanding customer service ethic, you’ll be a natural at building strong relationships with a range of stakeholders. You’ll be able to juggle competing priorities, thrive under pressure, and be comfortable working in a diverse team environment. You can actively and positively participate within a team.
Previous experience in SAP, Office 365 SharePoint, GIS (user) and Sentient is ideal and will be highly regarded.
You might be required to travel around the region, so you’ll also need to hold a clean, Full New Zealand driver’s license.
