Auckland Council’s Group Strategy, Transformation and Partnerships department has an opportunity for a Senior Advisor to join the Value for Money team.

 

This is a critical role for Auckland Council and will focus on delivering insights on the effectiveness and efficiency of council services.  

 

You could expect to work on:

  • providing strategic analysis and market intelligence on a diverse range of areas
  • synthesising information into compelling narratives that key decision makers can action
  • engaging with staff, elected members and stakeholders on high-profile projects

 

 

He kōrero mōu: About you

 

This role requires experience in the financial and commercial space in similar roles within large, complex, or political organisations.

 

We are looking for the following key role requirements:

  • strong analytical and data interpretation skills
  • experience in financial modelling and business case development (preferred)
  • demonstrated ability to present complex information clearly
  • experience in delivering outputs within a dynamic political environment
  • strong stakeholder engagement experience

This role has a remuneration range of $110,000 to $130,000 based on expertise and experience.Our employer Kiwisaver contribution is additional to base salary offered.
