He angitūtanga: The opportunity

 

As a Salesforce Adoption Specialist for our Digital Department, you will collaborate with the wider Digital team and Customer Strategy to develop and maintain a roadmap for Salesforce process and training enhancements to drive continuous customer experience and business improvements. You will be entrusted with managing business processes, facilitating training, and driving the adoption of Salesforce applications across the organisation. In this role, you will be instrumental in enhancing the use of Salesforce to elevate customer experiences, ensuring alignment with Tātaki Auckland Unlimited's Customer Strategy. Serving as a key liaison between business units, the Content & Channels team, and the broader Digital Team, you will lead best practice across the business units, raising future system enhancements to improve user experience  in collaboration with the Salesforce Product Owner.

 

This role involves supporting projects with a focus on user buy-in, training, and adoption, helping to ensure a seamless transition to operations once the project is complete. You will work with stakeholders to maintain best practice and continued adoption even after the project team has stepped back. You will play a critical role in managing organisational change by promoting the transition to Salesforce and implementing strategies to embed user adoption. Additionally, you will lead the Salesforce User Group in partnership with the Salesforce Product Owner, ensuring the consistent and effective use of the platform across all Tātaki Auckland Unlimited Rōpū.

He kōrero mōu: About you

 

We are ideally looking for a candidate that holds a Bachelor's degree, preferably in Information Technology or an equivalent industry qualification, or possess extensive relevant business experience. A minimum of 2-3 years of experience with Salesforce Enterprise Software, including CRM and Marketing Cloud, is required, with Salesforce certifications being desirable.

 

Experience working on large and complex digital projects is essential, along with a proven ability to develop and maintain networks and relationships. The candidate should have demonstrated experience in facilitating training and supporting user adoption across large cross-functional t eams, as well as expertise in change management. Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams is required, as is the ability to interact effectively with both business and ICT/Digital professionals at all levels. A solid understanding and practical experience in using Jira or Asana,  Agile ways of working, and Lean delivery methodologies are also necessary for this role.
