He angitūtanga: The opportunity
As a Salesforce Adoption Specialist for our Digital Department, you will be entrusted with managing business processes, overseeing training, and driving the adoption of Salesforce applications across the organiszation. In this role, you will be instrumental in enhancing the use of Salesforce to elevate customer experiences, ensuring alignment with Tataki Auckland Unlimited's Customer Strategy. Serving as a key liaison between business units, the Content & Channels team, and the broader Digital Team.
You will also lead projects focused on the design, management, and continuous improvement of business processes, with an emphasis on realising tangible benefits. You will play a critical role in managing organisational change by promoting the transition to Salesforce and implementing strategies to facilitate user adoption. Additionally, you will lead the Salesforce User Group in partnership with the Salesforce Product Owner, ensuring the consistent and effective use of the platform across all Tataki Auckland Unlimited Rōpū.

He kōrero mōu: About you
We are ideally looking for a candidate that holds a Bachelor's degree, preferably in Information Technology or an equivalent industry qualification, or possess extensive relevant business experience. A minimum of 2-3 years of experience with Salesforce Enterprise Software, including CRM and Marketing Cloud, is required, with Salesforce Admin and Marketing Cloud Email Specialist certifications being highly desirable.
Experience working on large and complex digital projects is essential, along with a proven ability to develop and maintain networks and relationships. The candidate should have demonstrated experience in facilitating improvement initiatives across large functional teams, as well as expertise in conflict resolution and change management. Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams is required, as is the ability to interact effectively with both business and ICT professionals at all levels, including the executive level. A solid understanding and practical experience in using Jira, Agile, and Lean delivery methodologies are also necessary for this role.
