He angitūtanga: The opportunity

In this role, you will provide program and portfolio management for delivery across all ERP initiatives and projects. You will have overall management of delivery for initiatives within ERP as well as manage scrum masters, agile coaches, and projects. In collaboration with other ERP Leads you will identify, develop, implement, and continuously improve the ways of agile delivery. This role reports directly to the Head of ERP.

You demonstrate strong interpersonal and influence skills and have experience managing a team in a project or team management/leadership context.  You want to challenge yourself in a complex environment, good financial and contract management skills. Project management skills and political acumen is essential. 

The successful person will have the following skills, experience, and qualifications:

Tertiary qualified to degree level in a relevant discipline
Qualified in Project Management and Agile, Scrum-based delivery (Preferably SAFe)
7-10 years experience in SAP project/programme management
5 years Agile delivery experience – Value forecasting/management, reporting
Agile/SAFe Pipeline management experience
Exposure to but preferably experienced in various operating models and delivery techniques
