He angitūtanga: The opportunity

 

As a Research and Insights Analyst, you will support and manage various aspects of Tātaki Auckland Unlimited’s customer experience research programmes for our venues and facilities. This includes technical tasks such as survey sampling, programming and testing, online survey administration, data preparation, analysis, and reporting. Your ongoing focus will be to support the Customer Experience Research Programme (CXRP), assisting with project management, analysing CXRP data, and producing actionable insights to inform decision-making. As you grow in this role, you will also be involved in a variety of other insights projects across Tātaki.

 

This hands-on role requires strong attention to detail, a passion for data, and experience with quantitative research methods and tools. You’ll work closely with internal stakeholders, translating complex data into clear, impactful insights that support business priorities. He kōrero mōu: About you

 

We are looking for a candidate with practical, hands-on experience in research methods and data analysis, with at least a couple of years’ experience in a similar role. You’ll be highly proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and experienced with one or more statistical analysis tools such as SPSS, Harmoni, Q, R, SAS, or SQL. A strong understanding of quantitative research processes, including sampling, weighting, and statistical testing, is essential. You’ll have the capability to quickly learn and use tools like Alchemer for online surveys and Infotools Harmoni for analysis and dashboarding.

 

You should also have strong interpersonal and organisational skills, personal resilience and the ability to deliver meaningful insights from both numeric and verbatim data.
